Park House is situated the South Lakes area and offers residential facilities for members of the Girlguiding and Scout Associations. The location is excellent for walking, training and holidays.

Park House can accommodate 31 guests in total. There are two dormitories, with bunk bed accommodation for up to 23 (ground floor dormitory has accommodation for 10, made up of 5 bulk beds. First floor dormitory has accommodation for 13, made up of 6 bulk beds and 1 single bed) and two leaders rooms accommodating 4 in each room. The building is fully equipped with central heating, showers, disabled facilities, kitchen, a large activities area and a walled garden providing plenty of space for activities or to eat outside.
